Вот, напиано лет двадцать взад. (переводить лень)

I've described the blow-back rig I seem to be getting the credit for as a big fish presentation - because it tends to catch bigger fish. The reason for this is that to be at its most effective the rig has to be sucked in as far as the stiff section.
    This makes ejection very difficult.
Fishing the setup with a longshank size 4 or 6 hook (I fish Long shank Nailers with the barbs crushed) and a 2" braided hinge means that my normal version of the rig has to be sucked 4" back into the carp's mouth to be at its most effective. If the carp
just sucks the braided length and hook in then it isn't difficult to eject.
That's why I'm reluctant to describe this rig as a blow-back presentation; the blow-back effect is only one of the elements in the overall anti-eject presentation.
The 301b Amnesia boom I fish at a minimum of 9", often 12". This is the only material I tie with a blood knot, which is not a good knot for most materials. Tie a four-turn blood knot and pass the line back through the loop. Coat the knot in lip salve and then pull it tight with a sudden, very strong pull. That should bed it down all right. I smother this knot in Superglue, wanting the glue to really bed down between the turns. In tying the swivel knot it helps to have the swivel already tied to the reel line. This gives you two ends to pull on when you are bedding the knot down.

Tying the Amnesia to the rig ring is slightly more difficult. For a start be careful which rings you use for this connecting knot. There are many good ones, but my favourite for this connection is the ESP oval swivel, which has a very smooth finish. Some of the stamped round rings have a sharp edge and can cut through the braided knot under pressure - as I discovered to my chagrin and cost during the making of the Birch Grove video at the start of the season. Some of the stamped rings have a squarish edge, which can be unnecessarily sharp, and are unsuitable for having line tied to them. (There are many excellent round rings, but inspect this part of the rig carefully before committing yourself to a particular type of ring.)
Tie your four-turn blood knot to the connecting ring, leaving it loose until you have lubricated it with lip salve. Dig around in the tackle box and find an implement you can push through the connecting ring - like a drill point. This helps you make that sudden sharp pull you need to bed the 301b Amnesia blood knot down properly. Again smother with Superglue. It doesn't damage the Amnesia. Barring accidents my Amnesia booms last me all season!
That's how to tie the setup. The length of braid and the size of hook you use with this setup will depend on the size of fish you are after.
