Hello my name is Adam Cieplik. I'm a carp angler from the United States. My main focus right now is river fishing. But I do get out on lakes and canals when the river is in poor conditions. I prefer using a coated hooklink for my go to rigs. When I use pva bags or mesh a supple hooklink is what I use then. I'm currently using Katran Manta 45lb coated hooklink and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to strip and steam. I used to strictly use fox coretex but after using katran manta I have no qualms strictly using this hooklink for most of my carp fishing. I'm very impressed so far with katran products and would recommend it to anyone to use."
